Top Female Online Entrepreneurs

Recently there has been a lot of discussion of female bloggers and how a recent Technorati report found that 67% of all bloggers are male. I would venture to guess that an even higher percentage of Internet marketers and online entrepreneurs are male. Which is not to say that there aren’t some great ladies with the entrepreneurial spirit out there. Here are some of the top female online entrepreneurs, in no particular order:

Loral Langemeier – The founder and CEO of Live Out Loud, Loral is a wealth coach and consultant whose philosophy of wealth creation has helped her clients realize their dreams of financial freedom and sustainability. She believes that in order to become financially healthy, one must find a way to bring more cash into their lives. She advocates building a “Cash Machine,” a side business built out of existing skills and resources to increase the flow of money into her clients’ lives.

Carrie Wilkerson – AKA “The Barefoot Executive,” Carrie is an online consultant and a good source of motivation for people making a living online, or for those who aspire to. She has an inspiring personal story, including being able to provide for her four children and losing 110 lbs., and a vivacious and charming personality and style.

Jen Groover – Creator of the award-winning Butler Bag Company, Jen is a woman who knows how to capitalize on success. An expert at brand marketing and an enthusiastic proponent of small business, Jen has recently started the Launchers Cafe, a resource to help business owners accelerate their business’ growth.

Barbara Feldman – Syndicated newspaper columnist and longtime dedicated Netizen, Barbara writes the weekly newspaper column Surfing the Net with Kids as well as the accompanying website. She is an extremely successful online entrepreneur and boasts a list of 80,000, as well as 600,000 monthly visitors to her sites.

Mari Smith – A social media business coach and relationship marketing specialist, Mari was recently proclaimed the “pied piper of Facebook” by FastCompany.com. Her motto of “relationships first, business second” has helped catapult her and her clients to phenomenal business success.
